At Eurosafe, we’re proud to announce that we have formally signed the Armed Forces Covenant – a nationwide pledge to support the armed forces community.
By doing so, we join over 4,000 organisations across the UK who have committed to ensuring fair treatment, employment opportunities, and ongoing support for serving personnel, veterans, reservists, cadet force volunteers, and their families.
What the Covenant Means
The Armed Forces Covenant is more than a signature. It is a promise to recognise the value that members of the armed forces community bring to the workplace and society. For Eurosafe, it reflects our core values of respect, fairness, and responsibility.
Our pledge means we will:
- Support the employment of veterans, young and old.
- Provide opportunities for reservists, cadet instructors, and military spouses.
- Recognise the unique skills and dedication of those who have served or continue to serve.
Honouring Our Team
This commitment is particularly meaningful for us because we already have nine veterans within the Eurosafe workforce. Four of them are integral to our Training Academy team – Steve Wood, Rob Kynoch, Ian Swan, and Phil Rashbrook.
Their experience, discipline, and leadership enrich our training programmes and bring invaluable expertise to our clients. Beyond training, the perspectives and skills of veterans across our business strengthen our operations and culture every day.
Putting Values Into Action
For Eurosafe, signing the Covenant is not simply a formality. It is a continuation of the values we live by as a business – ensuring safety, fairness, and opportunity for all.
We believe that supporting the armed forces community is not only the right thing to do but also a way of enriching our own organisation with the knowledge, skills, and resilience that service life develops.
Looking Ahead
We are excited to continue building on this commitment, providing support where it is needed most, and ensuring that those who serve or have served never face disadvantage in the workplace.
At Eurosafe, we are proud to stand with the armed forces community today and every day.
