Event Aim
This event is designed to raise awareness of the risks associated with working at height while providing valuable insights into best practices for managing high-risk situations.
Tailored for health and safety managers, training managers, and anyone responsible for individuals working at height, this event delivers essential knowledge and practical solutions to help prevent falls from height and improve workplace safety.
Guest Speakers

Kelly Nicholl – IOSH, Immediate Past President
Kelly is a Chartered Fellow, with over 15 years’ experience in Health and Safety and Environment. She is currently Head of Environment, Health and Safety at Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust. She has served a wide range of organisations and industry sectors, including rail, facilities management, the NHS, construction, events and broadcasting, working nationally and internationally throughout her career.
Her key driver is the belief that everyone should get to go home at the end of every day of work, no matter where they are in the world.

Roy Wilders – BSIF, Manager, Registered Safety Supplier Scheme and Special Interest Groups
Roy has been involved with the Safety & Health Industry since the Mid 90’s and has held roles with several national and global businesses. Roy has been involved with Sales, Business Management, Training and Product design/development/certification processes prior to joining the BSIF in 2019.
Roy is currently the Manager of both the Registered Safety Supplier Scheme and the Special Interest Groups for the BSIF.
